About Money Hero Academy

Hey, my name is Florian Fritz, I am Money Teacher and founder of the Money Hero Academy.

I started in finance in 2003 as a financial advisor.

For years, I helped clients invest their money — until the 2008 crisis showed me how the industry really works. Clients take the risk and pay the fees, while the system benefits either way.

That's when I decided to build something different.

I joined a real estate development company, finding investors and building their sales from the ground up. Over 8 years, we grew sales by 86% per year on average — and I helped hundreds of people invest their money safer and better along the way.

But like many self-employed professionals, I also faced my own setbacks — a failed business that left me feeling crushed, lost, and like a fraud. €450,000 in debt, no safety net, and a voice in my head asking what right I had to talk about money at all.

No employer. No pension. Just responsibility.

I rebuilt my finances from scratch, step by step — drawing on years of education from some of the world's leading minds on wealth, investing, and money mindset, going all the way back to my time as a financial advisor. That process became the system I now teach through Money Hero Academy — because I'm still building it myself, and I teach only what I practise.

Because earning well is one thing. Building real, lasting wealth is something else.

From Unknown Family Business to 80% Annual Growth
